We also provide Same-day care from Board Certified Doctors for an illness or injury that isn’t life-threatening including Cuts/lacerations, Ear infections, Fever or chills, Nausea, diarrhea and vomiting, or Urinary tract infections. Please bring Copies of tests, X-rays and scans, or medical histories related to your issue, and List of medications, vitamins or dietary supplements you take, any allergies info, and your general health history info.
