Our family medicine center is a healthcare facility that provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Our family medicine doctor is a primary care doctor, internist, pediatrician, and general practice doctor all rolled into one. When necessary our family medicine doctor can also refer patients to specialists and help coordinate their care. Some of the services we commonly provide include Annual physical examinations for adults, Regular physical examinations for infants and children, Sports physical examinations, DMV physicals for DOT, Physical examinations needed before surgery (pre-operative evaluations), Physical examinations and tests required for certain jobs (pre-employment physicals), and Routine physicals for patients with chronic medical conditions.
