One chiropractic consultation, x-rays, two adjustments, and one 50-minute massage. We focus on taking the pressure off nerves and getting joints moving so that the body can heal itself and function normally. The Chiropractor will carry out a full examination and X-ray, and take a thorough history before advising on an appropriate treatment program for you. Treatment usually consists of specific adjustments to free stiff joints and reduce spinal nerve irritation. Your chiropractor may also provide ice, heat or massage treatment as required. The Chiropractor offers individual advice about lifestyle, work and exercise and can advise you on ways to tackle everyday posture, movements, as well as being able to help you if you have suffered an injury.
